Sha'ban–Ramadan Umrah 2027

It is an Umrah that leaves during the month of Sha'ban and ends in the first days of Ramadan. You perform your Umrah before the month of fasting, then spend the first nights of tarawih and the first days of fasting in the Holy Places, before the crowds of the last ten nights. Both end together in the first days of Ramadan and follow the same route: Makkah, four nights in Madinah, then back to Makkah. The 25-day programme leaves about ten days earlier and mainly adds nights in Makkah during Sha'ban. The dates, nights and price of each tier are on the departure page.

In Madinah. In both of our programmes, the first day of Ramadan computed by the Umm al-Qura calendar falls during the four-night stay in Madinah; you then return to Makkah for the first days of fasting at the Haram. The exact day is announced in Makkah after the moon sighting and can shift by a day or two.

Sha'ban–Ramadan suits you if you want to perform Umrah before the fast and live the start of the month in the Holy Places, in 15 or 25 days, away from the peak crowds. Full Ramadan programmes stay until the end of the month for the last ten nights, including the 27th night, the busiest of the year at the Haram.
