Our travel agency license number is available on request and displayed at the agency. You can verify it with the Moroccan Ministry of Tourism, and visit us in person before any booking.
How does booking work?
You send a request via the website or WhatsApp. Our team calls you back to confirm the details (dates, room, documents), then the booking is finalised at the agency.
Is payment made online?
No. No payment is requested on this website: your reservation is a request, not a purchase. Payment is made directly at the agency, with an official receipt.
Which documents are needed for Umrah?
A passport valid at least 6 months after the return date and identity photos. Our team handles the visa process and sends you the full list upon confirmation.
What does the price of an Umrah offer include?
The exact inclusions are listed on each offer page (hotels in Makkah and Madinah, flights, transfers, accompaniment depending on the offer). Anything not listed is not included — feel free to ask us.
