A deposit of 50% of the total amount confirms your booking, paid directly at the Casablanca agency when the contract is signed, with an official receipt — never online. The balance is then settled according to the conditions shown on each offer page, before the departure date of your trip.

Can I choose my hotel tier and room type?

Yes. Every departure offers several tiers — from Economy to VIP — with the Makkah and Madinah hotels shown on the offer page along with their distance to the Haram. You then pick your room type (double, triple, quad or quint) and the per-person price adjusts automatically.

Is the Umrah visa included in the price?

Yes. Umrah visa fees and processing are included in our offers: our team builds the complete file, submits it through official channels and tracks it step by step until issuance, with no extra fee. You only provide a passport valid for 6 months after the return date and recent ID photos.
