Who we are
This site is operated by Wiki Tours International, a travel agency based in Casablanca, Morocco. Bab Makka is its Umrah & Hajj service. For any question about your data, contact us via the contact page, by phone or on WhatsApp.
Data we collect
- Request forms: full name, phone, city and, if provided, your comment. Used solely to process your booking or quote request.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, pages visited and visit source, collected by our in-house measurement tool to understand site usage and improve our offers.
- Advertising cookies: third-party tools (Google, Meta, TikTok) are only activated after your consent via the banner. You can browse without accepting.
How we use your data
To answer your requests and organize your trip, follow up on the client relationship, measure site audience and — only with your consent — measure our advertising campaigns. Your data is never sold.
Hosting and sharing
The site runs on secure cloud infrastructure (Vercel for the site, Supabase for data). If you consented, advertising measurement data is shared with the relevant platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok). No other sharing takes place.
Retention
Data linked to a request is kept as long as needed to process it and follow up, then deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, rectify and object to the processing of your data. To exercise it, contact us via the contact page or WhatsApp.
