Do I have to pay online to book?
No — no online payment is ever requested. You send your request from the website, an adviser confirms the details with you by phone or WhatsApp, and the booking is then finalised with a written contract signed at our Casablanca agency, with an official receipt.
How do I get the lowest price?
The lowest fares usually go with shared rooms, quadruple or quintuple, and with departures outside the Ramadan period. Also compare the tiers offered on each programme: the economy tier relies on hotels a little further from the Haram, which noticeably lowers the price per person.
What does the displayed price include?
Each programme details exactly what the price includes — flight, hotels, transfers and guidance — and what it does not, on its own page. Prices are in Moroccan dirhams per person and vary with the chosen tier and room type: double, triple, quadruple or quintuple.
