Our travel agency licence is number ODV-25012, issued by the Ministry of Tourism. It is displayed at our Casablanca agency on Boulevard Abdelmoumen, and can be verified with the Ministry. You are also welcome to visit us in person before any booking.

No. No payment is requested on this website: your reservation is a request, not a purchase, and you are never asked for a bank card online. Payment is made directly at the Casablanca agency when the contract is signed, with an official receipt for every amount paid.
A passport valid at least 6 months after the return date, plus recent identity photos. Our team handles the whole Umrah visa process through official channels and sends you the full list of documents to provide when your booking is confirmed, by phone or WhatsApp, so nothing is missed.
